cinnamon roll chia pudding

Chia pudding is one of my favorite snacks because it’s both delicious and satisfying. Chia seeds are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, and fiber which means they can keep your full for a while - another reason I love having it as a snack. This cinnamon roll chia pudding will make it seem like you’re eating a delicious dessert, but it’s actually very low in sugar and refined sugar free! It’s very easy to make and only takes about 5 minutes. Chia pudding is perfect for meal prepping! You can just grab it out of the fridge whenever you need a snack!

Tips for making cinnamon roll chia pudding:

  • The easiest way to mix the chia pudding is to put all the ingredients in an airtight jar (I like mason jars) and shake to combine.

  • The recipe only calls for 1 tsp of maple syrup, but if you prefer your chia pudding to be sweeter, add more maple syrup (to taste).

  • This recipe makes one serving.
